• Only applicable for additional travelers as part of a group of 3 or more
• Maximum of one room per booking
• A maximum of 3 nights stay with no supplement charged.

• Combo between Simbambili and Saseka or Game lodge
• Minimum 2 Guests and maximum 6 Guests
• Free charter flight between lodges
• Minimum of 5 x nights between the 2 x lodges
• Not combinable with a pay stay or other deals and does not apply to SA rates.
• Valid until 31 December 2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above rates are for one-way transfers, on a Cessna 206.
• Rates are nett and inclusive of VAT. Skukuza rates are available on request.
• There is a luggage restriction of 20 kgs, including hand luggage in small, soft bags per person.
• Passengers to please adhere to the luggage restriction in the interests of safety.
• Should any late changes to the flight or transfer details be made, we shall make every effort to
accommodate the client to the best of our ability. Please note that cancellation/diversion due to bad
weather are beyond our control and are in the interest of passenger safety.
• If payment has been received for the transfer we will endeavour to arrange a road transfer, if possible, or
refund monies paid for the transfer sector. This rate is valid until 31 December 2025

Cancellation policy on any confirmed charter:

• 15 Days or more prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 30 % of the quoted amount.
• 14 to 7 days prior to departure 50 % of the quoted amount.
• Less than 7 days prior to departure 100 % of the quoted amount.
• 100 % cancellation if passengers no show.

GENERAL TERMS

• Pay / Stay deals will NOT apply if a booking is deferred or moved.
• All the above deals are only applicable to new bookings ONLY.
• The honeymoon special and Single Travellers special does not apply to the Kamara House
• Rates are on a per person sharing per night basis.
• Do not apply on Easter Holidays
• Applicable to our inclusive rates only
• Excludes.
