Bread can be challenging: getting the right amount of yeast, making sure you don’t over knead the dough, and checking if it has risen properly. All these tricky aspects tend to turn most people away from attempting to try their hand at bread making.

A bread recipe which only has four easy steps, in fact it is so simple that even someone who doesn’t know where the kitchen is could make it!

Nutty Health Loaf
- 625 ml nutty wheat flour
- 125 ml pecan nuts, chopped
- 250 ml sesame seeds
- 5 ml bicarbonate of soda
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 60 ml honey
- 5 ml salt
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Grease a bread loaf pan.
Combine all the bread ingredients until well mixed.
Place in the greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Set aside and allow to cool.
